WE ARE PEACE MAKERS

A new kind of rural glamping escape in Herefordshire, for a noisy world

-I- THE STORY

Adults only glamping in Herefordshire
made to lower the volume

Kaya is for adults, like you, who want a beautiful glamping stay that asks less of them. Whether you want to escape the city for a while or give yourself a break from the pressures of work and parenting, here you will feel transformed and renewed by the beauty of the landscape and the ease of our boutique yurt cabins.

Between The Black Mountains and the Wye Valley

We built Kaya in a special spot between the Black Mountains and the Wye Valley in Herefordshire - with one simple aim: to live closer to the land, to see further, to escape the noise and to help other couples and solo travellers enjoy a short break in this incredible part of the world.

Before Kaya, we both worked in mental health and humanitarian aid, supporting people under pressure through sound, art and nature. So we truly believe that the real world and creativity can help people feel more connected to themselves, each other and rooted in the world around them.

Hand-built yurt cabins, unique and full of character

Set within nearly nine acres, with seven acres open for you to explore, the land here at Kaya is full of quiet discoveries: ancient oak trees, open meadow, birdsong, spring lambs in the surrounding fields, and views that seem to keep unfolding the longer you look.

It's no wonder our Herefordshire glamping site has received some great press coverage and wonderful reviews.

When you stay with us, Kaya is yours to enjoy as your 'home' away from the noise of the real world, as our guests.

We can't wait to welcome you.

-II- OUR YURTS

Circular cabins,
held by the hill

Our two yurts - Sky House and Pumla - are beautiful spaces for your Herefordshire glamping escape. They are built by hand from steam-bent ash and Welsh wool and gently raised so they are eye-to-eye with the horizon.

Inside each, the design is meaningfully curated to reduce overstimulation and balm the senses with natural textures and light.

They sit in acres of private land awash with Herefordshire wildflowers. Protected by The Black Hill, which is close by.
